Station Street Festival 2025 continues the development of one of Plovdiv’s most dynamic urban cultural events, transforming the central city space into a multi-layered environment for music, art, and public engagement.
Building on the previous editions, the festival once again brings together a diverse program of live music, performances, installations, and interdisciplinary formats, activating the urban landscape and attracting a broad and varied audience. With thousands of visitors and a growing international visibility, Station Street has established itself as a key platform for contemporary culture in the region.
In the 2025 edition, Metaart Foundation contributed through logistical support, project expertise, and curatorial guidance, particularly in the development of the musical programme. Drawing on its experience in artist selection and event production, the foundation worked closely with the organizing team to shape a coherent and forward-looking lineup, balancing local and international acts within the broader festival context.
Rather than acting as a primary producer, Metaart’s role focused on strengthening the structural and artistic framework of the event-supporting coordination processes, advising on programming strategy, and contributing to the overall flow and identity of the festival.
Through this involvement, Metaart Foundation continues to expand its role as a flexible cultural partner, capable of operating across different levels of production-from independent projects to large-scale public events-while supporting the sustainable growth of the contemporary music and arts ecosystem.
